Jag Precision reminds all our dealers that the airsoft products we sell are intended for persons 18 and over. Most states require retailers selling airsoft products to verify the age of the person purchasing that product. If you are unsure of your states requirements regarding purchaser’s age, we urge you to contact your local law enforcement or district attorney’s office.

If you are currently not using a signed “waiver of release” we highly recommend for you to do so.

We have a sample waiver that we would be happy to email or fax to you for your use. The waiver is designed for you to add or subtract information to fit your states requirements and shows your company’s desire to promote safetiness.
