JAG Precision Dealer RMA Policy
(1) Applied to all dealers. No exception.
(2) You must process RMA aplication form and receive authorization from us before returning to us. 
(3) All RMA is not FREE, even it is under warranty. All AEG and gas operated airsoft repairs are subject to a $20.00 inspection fee.

Conditions:
(1) Warranty: We will provide 10 days warranty for brand new products (from retailers to end users, based on dealers original invoice.)
a. Everything must process through our RMA aplication form. No exception.
b. Dealers must inspect defective items before ship back to us, here you can find a check list. If we find out any tool mark or missing component, we will not honor the warranty. Return merchantdise must be in brand new condition without any scratch. Also, return merchandises must come with original box and original materials.
c. End users or dealers must provide original invoice and dealers need to ship it back to us with defective item.
d. Return shipment must includes:
---1. Original Invoice from dealer,
---2. Pring out materials from RMA application form (received from RMA email)
---3. All items must be shipped in a box containing the original box/packaging. Example, we will not accept an M4 in the original box wrapped in paper or turned inside out.
---4. Shipping label with RMA number on it

If your return merchandise fails to qualify our RMA policy, we will charge you at minimum $20.
f. Local dealers may return and pick up return merchandise in our store front but we may charge you accordingly on each item.

(2) Defective merchandise: If your defective item is not under the warranty, we will still try to help you to fix it.
Please process it on our RMA application form and we will give you a price quotation.

Time and money saving list:
(1) Did you check the fuse? If is broken replace it
(2) Is the gun jammed? If it is please unjam
(3) Is the battery charged? Did you try with a different one?
(4) Did you adjust the motor?
(5) Is it a warranty issue? For example gear box or internal problem, instead of scratch on the exterior of the gun



All Steps on RMA system:
(1) Fill out your RMA info
(2) Wait for our inspection in 2 days by email.
(3) Qualified or Not qualified or quote you estimated the repair cost.
(4) Email you Return Shipping Label (no postage) and other materials.
(5) Ship defective item to us, Materials which emailed to you, Original dealers invoice (You must use the shipping method with tracking number. We will not responsible for missing item during the shipment.)
(6) Once we receive it, we will update RMA system and you can always check the current status.
(7) We will ship your item back to you once it is done.
