| Jag Precision reminds all our dealer the airsoft products we sell are intended for those persons 18 years and older. Most states require retailers selling airsoft to verify the age of the person buying an airsoft gun. If you are unsure of your states requirements regarding purchaser’s age, we urge you to contact your local law enforcement or district attorney’s office. If you are currently not using a signed “waiver of release” / “understanding” we highly recommend for you do so. We have a sample waiver that we would be happy to email or fax to you for your use. The waiver is designed for you to add or subtract information to fit your states requirements. It is also very useful in showing your company’s desire to promote safe and responsible airsoft ownership. |
